Cotton Sweatshirt Fabric?

delladeaI cannot seem to find navy blue 100% cotton sweatshirt fleece anywhere. This fabric would be for a hoodie. I've checked my local fabric stores and so far Google hasn't turned up anything.
Does anyone know where I can find this fabric?
