Cotton Sweatshirt Fabric?

I cannot seem to find navy blue 100% cotton sweatshirt fleece anywhere. This fabric would be for a hoodie. I've checked my local fabric stores and so far Google hasn't turned up anything.

Does anyone know where I can find this fabric?

Edit: Does anyone know where I can find this for less than $11/yd?

I'm not sure if this will help, but... I was at Big Lots today and I noticed they had a lot of fleece throws. They're just squares of fleece material. The prices ranged from $3 to about $10, I think. Might be worth checking out.
