Aw man, that's harsh :( Perhaps you could poke it with a point-ed stick? That probably doesn't help with sewing machines... :(

I'm just stoked that my Lily will be here in time for me to have a play with it and get used to it before the Pyjama Party sewalong thing is over. I gots Doctor Who fabric to make Doctor Who jammies with :)
